Chocolate Squash Smoothie
You have to try this Chocolate Squash Smoothie!
Recipe:
1/2 cup steamed then frozen cauliflower
1/2 cup roasted delicata squash
1 cup papaya
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 scoop of Kaha New Zealand Whey Chocolate
1 cup nut milk
1 scoop of Kaha Creatine
Mix in Blender and pour in bowl.
Toppings:
Blueberries & Strawberries
Granola
Seeds & Nuts
Edible Flower
