Popeyes Muscle Smoothie Bowl
This morning smoothie bowl is bound to energize you!
Recipe:
1 cup pineapple diced
1 kiwi peeled
1 Orange peeled
1/2 banana
1 cup spinach
1 scoop Kaha New Zealand Whey Natural
1 scoop Kaha L-Glutamine
1 scoop Kaha BCAA's
Blend and serving in glass of choice.
Toppings:
Blueberries
Kiwi
Banana
Granola
Coconut Flakes
