Autumn Berry Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Kaha New Zealand Whey Protein (Vanilla or Natural Flavor)
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries)
  • 1 small banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or your favorite milk alternative)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
  • A handful of spinach (optional for extra nutrients)

Instructions:

  1. Blend: Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Mix: Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  3. Serve: Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately. Optionally, top with extra berries, a sprinkle of chia seeds, or a dash of cinnamon for garnish.
