Autumn Berry Protein Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop Kaha New Zealand Whey Protein (Vanilla or Natural Flavor)
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries)
- 1 small banana
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or your favorite milk alternative)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
- A handful of spinach (optional for extra nutrients)
Instructions:
- Blend: Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Mix: Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
- Serve: Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately. Optionally, top with extra berries, a sprinkle of chia seeds, or a dash of cinnamon for garnish.
