Blueberry Maca Muscle Smoothie
Can you have a great tasting smoothie that ALSO builds muscle? Yes!
Recipe:
120g banana frozen
150g frozen blueberries
5g Ashwaganda Powder
5g Maca Powder
1 scoop (5g) Kaha BCAA Powder
1 scoop (30g) Kaha New Zealand Whey
1 scoop (5g) Kaha Creatine Powder
1 scoop (5g) Kaha L-Glutamine
Water or almond milk to consistency
Mixing blender and pour into glass of choice
Add toppings: Bee Pollen
